How long will you wait to get sex help?
Many of the clients that come through my practice say they have been thinking about getting help for their sex life for years. YEARS. And I get it, I really do. It is an incredibly vulnerable and sensitive topic to talk about!
If I convince anyone of anything it would be to reach out sooner for help. In ALL things, but especially in sex things. I know I can’t take away all the barriers to doing the thing you want/need to do but haven’t yet, but I can damn sure try. In the spirit of plowing through obstacles, here are some ways that you can start the journey of bettering your sex life.
