Cost Plus
I have very personal reasons why I'm a fierce advocate for accessible, affordable pharmaceuticals. When I heard Mark Cuban created an online pharmacy called Cost Plus Drugs, I wept in my car for 5 minutes. Cuban designed a pharmacy that provides prescription medications with a consistent 15% markup, no more, no less. You can find many of your meds for a fraction of the cost through Cost Plus Drugs. He spends zero money on marketing, in order to keep costs down, so do your part and share his company with your pals who take prescriptions. Y'all this is not just about cheaper prescriptions. It is about saving lives of people who need medication but can't afford it. Please trust me on this.

I got this little turtle for my twins, one of whom experiences some anxiety during bedtime. The first breathing exercise we did was 6 minutes long and she was asleep before it finished. I am seeing how teaching my kiddos to be inside their body at a young age is giving them management tools for life as well as their future sexual experiences. What a gift!
