I love you.

You will survive this day.

I'm unconcerned with overusing "I love you." I say it to strangers, to acquaintances, to friends, my lover, parents, kids, clients...and to you, in this email.

I don't know what today brings for you. Grief. Love. Boredom. Joy. Answers. Questions. Anxiety. Laughter. Or a strong cocktail of everything.

Today isn't easy or straightforward. I know this because most days for most people don't fit into one clean and tidy box. We really want them to, but they usually just don't.

So as you go about the splatter of emotions that make up your day, know that you are beloved. You are strong and wise and kind. You are going to survive this challenge...just as you have survived every one up until now.

So, I love you.

Celeste

Did you know that education is my first love? My Ph.D. is in Health Education and I have a post graduate emphasis on sex and sexual behaviors.

I LOVE building curriculum and I'd be just delighted to speak for your group! Email me to get a conversation going about how I can serve your community.

SPOTLIGHT

Michelle Hope, MA (she/ her/ they/ them)

Michelle is a badass sexologist who navigates the intersection of social justice, advocacy and sex. Her work in social action has inspired me because she makes clear the path from pleasure to the power of reproductive justice. She wrote the brilliant book "The Girl's Guide to Sex Education."
