Dear cycle-breakers....

Hello my friends,

There’s a certain kind of tired I see in women like us.

Not the “I need a nap” tired.
The deep tired.
The nervous-system tired.
The holding-everything-together tired.
The doing-important-work-while-being-a-human tired.

 And here’s what I know:
You don’t need another productivity hack.
You don’t need another self-improvement project.
You don’t need another space that asks you to perform your healing.

 You need capacity.
You need safety.
You need regulation.
You need pleasure that isn’t earned.
You need a place where your body can exhale before your mind ever has to explain itself.

 That’s what Rogue Retreat is.

Not a retreat where you “push through.”
Not a retreat where you perform growth.
Not a retreat where rest is conditional on worthiness.

It’s a space built around nervous system work, somatics, self-trust, pleasure, boundaries, and community that actually feels like community, not networking, not comparison, not hierarchy.

It’s slow in the right places.
Deep in the right places.
Soft where you’ve been armored.
Strong where you’ve been shrinking.

It’s designed for women who don’t fit the mold:
Cycle-breakers.
Advocates.
Leaders.
Women who’ve learned to self-regulate in systems that never protected them.
Women who carry both compassion and fire.
Women who are tender and powerful at the same time.

The magic isn’t just the curriculum, it’s the room.

The safety of doing this work in community.
Laughter.
Relief.
The feeling of being seen without being dissected.
The moment where your body realizes, “Oh… I don’t have to hold everything here.”

This will be our third annual Rogue Retreat, and nearly everyone from the last two years is coming back which is why we added a second retreat. When women find a space that actually works, they don’t leave it.

Erin and I are fully present all weekend. This isn’t a “facilitators disappear” retreat. We are in the room, in the conversations, in the integration, in the quiet moments, in the laughter, in the processing. Fully with you.

And if you want to talk it through, reply to this email. Truly. I love those conversations.

If this is your season for deep support, real rest, and resourcing that lasts longer than a weekend, this space was made for you.

Crossing my fingers I'll be able to meet you in real life soon.

We are reading "Satisfaction Guaranteed" in Pleasure Club in February and you DON'T want to miss this one because I'm GIVING AWAY my overstock sex toys in my office closet.   LOL!  Spring cleaning could benefit you!
