My big hairy audacious goal
Let me tell you about one of my Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAG). Building a retreat for women that I would want to attend myself. Lol! And guess what? I met that goal in 2024...and we are doing it again in 2025!
My friend and longtime business partner Erin Baute and I dreamed forever of having a retreat for women. We would talk and talk and talk about how awesome and special and unique we could make it...until we actually pulled the lever and reserved a space. Our Rogue Retreat was born out of the sturdiness of our friendship that has helped us manage hard things in each of our lives. A sturdiness and love that we knew we could use to care for other women.
In 2025, we will be hosting our SECOND annual Rogue Retreat (RR). The first one actually went SO well, that we only have TWO rooms left for 2025. Unlike typical retreats, RR emphasizes blending work with life, making pleasure paramount, and valuing personal needs to eliminate burnout as a badge of honor. You are encouraged to establish boundaries that protect your peace, communicate needs effectively, and recover from life's challenges.
It is essentially your continuing education units...for your LIFE!
