10 Steps to Better Sex

Don’t know where to start changing your sex life?  Neither did I until I uncovered these 10 steps to sexual liberation.  These steps which helped me liberate are the same steps that I use to help other women arrive at sexual liberation and keep going.  Steps might even be a misguided way to describe them.  They are more like phases that happen non-linearly, and in a spiral, again and again.

These concepts are how I would describe sexual growth.  And I’d love the opportunity to share them with you.

They are as follows.

10 Steps to Sexual Liberation

1. Notice the polarization of sex

2. Name what you want to feel in sex

3. Give yourself permission to grieve past experiences

4. Challenge sex as inherently dangerous

5. Determine current boundaries

6. Discover that sex is learned

7. Seek sex as an experience, not a goal

8. Make peace with your sexual identity

9. Unlock your arousal combination

10. Utilize all your senses

These concepts have been described in my story and the stories of some my clients.  Now it’s time for you to start walking your way through the concepts to find your own sexual story based on your own inner voice - to find your way back to your perfect sexual self, which results in your most authentic, pleasurable and connective sex life.
