What sex questions do people ask?
In the past couple of weeks, I have had the opportunity to speak at Texas Christian University and at Southwestern Adventist University. I love college classrooms and often miss teaching. (I taught at Texas Woman's University and Truman State University before I started my business.) It is always so fascinating to discuss sex with college students because of the wide variety of sexual experiences and education that they have. I always ask students to write a question on a notecard and turn it in anonymously. Everyone must turn a card in so that it remains as anonymous as possible. I have been doing this for about 10 years now and I have thousands of questions.
Here is a small sample of questions I collected in the past two lectures from these Christian institutions. I want you to notice the variety of content and experience. (I made sure that none of these cards were identifiable to a particular person.)
I feel honored that people feel comfortable sharing their vulnerability with me. I hope that you have someone in your life that you can be vulnerable with your questions. What a gift!
