How to have better sex
What you didn’t learn from pastors or porn.
Did you know that your thoughts create your emotions, and your emotions create your behaviors?
Here's how that works in sex.
Thought: Sex is defined as penis in a vagina.
Emotion: I feel left out when I don't experience pleasure from PIV sex.
Behavior: Push through PIV sex even when it doesn't feel good.
This thought process is exactly why sex education is so important AND impactful in helping you have amazing sex. Sex education helps you challenge and re-learn the thoughts that create emotions and eventually become behaviors. Here is a more sexually educated thought process.
Thought: Sex can be broadly defined and includes outercourse like clitoral touch.
Emotion: I feel desired and pleasured during sex that includes lots of clitoral touch.
Behavior: Asking for more clitoral stimulation so that sex always feels good.
Have I convinced you of the importance of sex ed yet? Yes? My friend, it's time to take your sex ed more seriously than your parents did. It's time to learn more than just what you know from porn (or Bridgerton). And it is certainly past time to unlearn the unhelpful sex education you may have received from church. Now is the right time to join my next group coaching series Sex Ed 101 with co-facilitator, Kat Harris.
Remember, sex education is your key to better sex!
