Safety, joy, and pleasure

Hi loves,

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, a time to hold space for the stories we carry, the truths we’ve buried, and the power we reclaim when we speak, even quietly, advocating for agency.

If you're a survivor, I want you to hear me say this clearly: I'm sorry this happened to you, and you are worthy of tenderness, safety, joy, and honest embodied pleasure.

This month, I’m not asking you to be brave or loud or to share anything before you’re ready or ever. I’m just inviting you to be with yourself. To be curious about what safety feels like in your body. To know that healing is nonlinear, and wholeness is not a goal, it’s already in you, just waiting to be welcomed home.

If you're someone who loves a survivor, thank you. Keep listening. Keep learning. Keep showing up with your whole heart, even when it’s messy. Your love matters more than you know.

And if you're here navigating this messy, beautiful, broken, blooming thing called healing, I’m with you. You’re not alone. You never were.

With all my heart,

Celeste

Good things coming your way….

The next Blown Away class in Fort Worth is happening next Friday, April 11!  This is the only class I teach where you practice on actual dildos.  Come for the techniques, but leave with the sexual confidence that only comes from a hands (and mouth) on education.  You'll feel as good as a woman who just deleted her ex's number and booked a solo vacation!

SPOTLIGHT

Marvin is a black, queer therapist who is doing the good work to decolonize therapy! Check them out here!
