“Why didn’t I know this earlier?”
This is a refrain I hear so often from clients when they learn something basic but new about sex. It can often feel embarrassing to be a full grown adult and still be feeling in the dark about sex. I know how that feels!
I was a naïve 26 year old when I had penetrative sex for the first time.
I felt stupid and ashamed that I didn’t really know much about anatomy, communication and arousal. I remember wishing there was a place I could get friendly, helpful not intimidating information about sex without wading through unrealistic porn or overly exaggerated Cosmo articles.
So that’s why I am partnering with my friend Kat Harris to bring you a brilliant workshop series called Sex Ed 101!
